Both SAM and FCM will be licensed under the GPL (GNU General Public License)
version 2 as listed at http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html. As such,
both SAM and FCM may make use of packages and portions of code which are
licensed under the GPL or LGPL (GNU Lesser General Public License) or other
compatible licenses.
