As already stated in the SQAP, if a bug is found, the Team member responsible
for that section of code must attempt to correct the bug. For more information
on corrective action, see section 8.2 of the SQAP, Corrective Action.
Once a bug has been corrected, The Test Manager must ensure that whenever
possible a new test case is written that will catch any re-occurrence of that
bug.
